I'm Kadence, a young woman working in professional sports for the Colorado Rockies. I want to share with you all what it’s really like to be a woman working in sports. Here, you’ll find my personal experiences alongside stories from other incredible women breaking barriers in the industry.
My goal is to shine a spotlight on both the challenges and triumphs we face, and to inspire young girls and women to chase their dreams—even in the male-dominated field of sports.
